How do I change the email on my account?

Changing the email address on your account is not supported at this time. The email you used to subscribe is the permanent identifier for your account, your subscription, and your billing history. 

 

If you need to use a different email address, you will need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one under the new email. Please note that doing so ends your current subscription terms, including any active trials or first-year promotional rate.
