The Hill does not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your current billing period — monthly, annual, or 14-day trial — and you will not be charged again. Partial refunds for unused time on annual subscriptions are not offered.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing question, contact customer service (Support@thehill.com) and we will review your account.
